Volition Inside
Coaching to empower your personal brand and career, so you can succeed by being yourself.
Drake started Volition Project to empower people, by creating win-win alignments between brands and their customers. Then he started advising entrepreneurial students at Harvard, helping them find their paths to success. Over the years, colleagues and clients have come to Drake as a sounding board when their careers presented forks in the road or persistent challenges that were difficult to overcome. Now, you can work with Drake to improve the level of empowerment you feel in your own life.
Discussion Cycles
Working together will primarily take the form of one-hour conversations. There will be some prep work, so our time can be as productive as possible. We’ll discuss your challenges and aspirations, and explore where your confidence and doubts reside. We’ll then both have next steps, and I will provide further impressions after more thinking. Finally, we’ll reconvene in a couple of weeks to share progress and debrief, closing the cycle.
Simple Fees
There is no long-term commitment or subscription. I’m here to empower you, not lock you in. Each cycle costs $300, half in advance, and half at the debrief. If you want another cycle, you decide how soon. Maybe you want a monthly check-in, or maybe annual, or maybe after an upcoming event. It’s up to you. Welcome to empowerment!
“Victory through Harmony.”
— Drake’s personal motto
Our work at Volition Project hinges on finding points of alignment between what customers need and want, and what brands can provide profitably. This turns conflicts and tradeoffs into mutual benefit. Similarly, finding the right alignments or “harmony” in your personal brand - how the “real you” lines up with what the world asks of you - is the best path to success. Don’t be something you’re not, and don’t approach challenges with brute force. Neither is sustainable. Let’s discuss how to find your harmony.
“I had the pleasure of working with Drake as I was just getting started in my career. He offered encouragement but also challenged me with new ideas and perspectives — a must when trying to approach your work (and life!) strategically!”
— Jane, Senior Marketing Director
